Own the meeting rhythm, including planning sessions, retrospectives, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions;

Enhance Jira adoption by configuring workflows, building dashboards, and driving best practices across teams;

Collaborate with external experts and consultants, translating their recommendations into practical solutions for day-to-day team operations.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

2–4 years in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams;

Solid Jira and Confluence user, comfortable configuring workflows and dashboards;

Comfortable using AI tools in daily work;

Hands-on with at least one no-code automation tool.
