Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Process Engineer will support manufacturing operations by assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes focused on quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Support manufacturing processes for PCB assemblies, electronic systems, and electromechanical products.
• •Define, implement, and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
• •Troubleshoot process-related issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• •Support daily production activities and provide timely solutions to manufacturing problems.
• •Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• •Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), process validations, and new product introductions (NPI).
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cycle time, and productivity.
• •Perform data collection and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
• •Support equipment setup, qualification, maintenance coordination, and process optimization.
• •Work closely with Production, Quality, Test, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• •Assist in training operators and technicians on new processes and manufacturing procedures.
• •Support implementation of statistical process control methodologies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• •Experience in electronics manufacturing environments is preferred.
• •Knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCB assembly, or electronic manufacturing processes.
• •Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
• •Familiarity with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process documentation.
• •Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• •Conversational English.
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills.
