Process Engineer

Job Description:

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing new systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

What are we looking for?

• •3–5 years of Process Engineering experience.
• •Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Experience with ERP, simulation, and data analysis tools.
• •Intermediate English.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• •Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• •Conduct process simulations and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• •Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
• •Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• •Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• •Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure processes meet operational goals.
• •Lead or participate in process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, to implement process changes.
• •Manage the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• •Ensure processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• •Address process-related quality issues, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective and mitigation actions.
• •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• •Train and mentor staff on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
• •Provide technical support to resolve process-related production issues and minimize downtime.
• •Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
