This is a hybrid role available in Memphis and Raritan within Tennessee and New Jersey. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply.

We are searching for the best talent for Process Lead Analyst.

Purpose: This role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end Supply Chain processes, accelerate expertise in MedTech Supply Chain operations and systems, and play a key role in a greenfield deployment by building processes from the ground up.

You will be responsible for:

• •Design future-state warehouse and logistics processes that enable advanced technologies and automation capabilities.
• •Support the MedTech Deliver logistics transformation agenda through process excellence initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• •Partner with business and operational stakeholders to define scalable end-to-end process solutions supporting future-state operations.
• •Collaborate with 3PL providers and J&J colleagues to co-design integrated business process and system solutions.
• •Translate business process requirements into technical requirements across OTC, WMS, WCS, and TMS platforms.
• •Conduct operational and cost analyses to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency across logistics operations.
• •Perform detailed cost-per-order evaluations and support business case development for process improvements.
• •Develop project plans, monitor progress, provide status updates, and support deployment readiness activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• •No degree required.
• •3+ years of experience in Deliver functions with direct exposure to warehouse operations.
• •Strong understanding of MedTech warehouse systems, including WMS and WCS platforms.
• •Knowledge of integration points between warehouse systems and upstream/downstream applications, including DRP, USROTC, and TMS.
• •Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience evaluating operational and financial performance.
• •Financial modeling and cost analysis experience, including evaluation of cost drivers and operational efficiency metrics.
• •Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and logistics functions.

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$65,000.00 - $104,650.00
