• Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
• Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.
• Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
