- Partner with the Quality and Continuous Improvement teams to support quality, safety, and security initiatives.
- Conduct process observations and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Identify training gaps and recommend opportunities for operational improvement.
- Assist with productivity-related tasks and operational activities as needed to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations Training Specialists, Industrial Engineers, Quality leaders, and site leadership to review and improve existing SOPs and training materials.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and procedures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through observations, surveys, audits, and performance metrics.
- Recommend improvements to training programs based on results and feedback.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, operations, training, or a related field.
- Experience delivering employee training, coaching, or onboarding programs preferred.
- Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
