Producer, Virtual Events

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Producer, Virtual Events based in India.

This role is responsible for producing polished, engaging, and reliable live virtual events for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage the full event lifecycle, from preparation and technical setup through live delivery, recording, wrap-up, and reporting. Working directly with clients, facilitators, moderators, thought leaders, and internal teams, you will help create seamless experiences for every participant. The position combines technical production, customer service, event coordination, and real-time problem solving. You will be expected to anticipate issues, respond confidently when unexpected challenges arise, and keep events running smoothly and on schedule.
