Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources.
Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on product features.
What We're Looking For
1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
Proficiency in TypeScript , React , and Tailwind CSS .
Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
Practical experience working on AI, ML, or LLM-powered products, with a focus on presenting automated outputs in trustworthy ways.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
Comfort working closely with operations stakeholders in iterative, feedback-driven cycles.
Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.
