  • Who we are looking for
  • An excellent opportunity exists for a Product Implementation Consultant to join Amundi
  • Technology’s Corporate Applications team. This role sits within a new International
  • Deployments initiative, responsible for deploying Corporate IT tools, developed in-house or
  • sourced from external vendors.
  • You will be the primary implementation resource for international deployments, working
  • across multiple countries and business lines simultaneously. You will bring a blend of
  • technical capability and consultancy skills, with a track record of delivering software
  • implementations in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Why this role is important to us
  • Amundi Corporate IT has developed and sourced a portfolio of tools that are ready for
  • international deployment. As the international footprint grows, there is a clear need for a
  • dedicated resource to drive the deployment pipeline, coordinate with local IT managers, R&D
  • teams and business sponsors, and ensure each rollout is executed with rigour and quality.
  • This role enables the International Deployments team to deliver at scale, freeing the team
  • manager to focus on strategy, governance and pipeline prioritisation while the consultant
  • manages the end-to-end execution of individual deployments.
  • What you will be responsible for
  • Working closely with the Corporate Applications & International Deployments manager,
  • Corporate Tools R&D teams and local IT managers, you will:
  • Conduct country needs assessments to identify gaps and validate the business case for each tool deployment
  • Execute end-to-end deployment projects: planning, configuration, UAT coordination, training and go-live
  • Apply and maintain the GATES assessment framework to evaluate product readiness prior to deployment
  • Coordinate with R&D teams to prepare deployment packages, (including AI assisted agents) and runbooks.
  • Facilitate Project Committee meetings and produce regular status reporting across the deployment portfolio
  • Manage stakeholder communications across countries, business sponsors and IT teams
  • Ensure smooth handover to Support (R&D Teams and local L1/L2 support teams) post go-live, with appropriate documentation and training
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methods, packages and reusable frameworks
  • Support security (ISP, QECI and other compliance documentation) processes as required per deployment.

What we value for the role

The position will suit a technically capable, delivery-focused consultant who is comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations (e.g. Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar platforms) or internally developed tools, end-to-end.
  • Strong blend of technical and consultancy skills — able to install and configure tools, manage UAT and communicate clearly with business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating deployments across multiple countries and time zones
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Passionate about technology and AI, including AI-assisted processes and tools
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English. French is an advantage.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting mindset — able to diagnose and resolve issues during deployment.
  • Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or Masters in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis or IT project management roles
  • Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Dynamics CRM, Oracle Financials or similar enterprise platforms is beneficial but not essential. The role concerns the rollout of our proprietary in-house developed tools.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2 or similar)
  • About Amundi
  • What we do. With close to 5,500 team members, and market experts in 36 countries, Amundi provides
  • retail, institutional and corporate clients with innovative investment strategies and solutions tailored
  • to their needs, targeted outcomes and risk profiles. Amundi manages 2.240 trillion euros of
  • assets across six main investment hubs.
