Product Management Specialist - Building Segment

As a Product Management Specialist, you will support the development and growth of our product portfolio within the Iberian Building segment, including piping systems, sanitary solutions and drainage products.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical teams and local stakeholders, you will help bring products to market, support commercial initiatives, analyze customer needs and ensure our portfolio remains competitive and relevant for the Spanish and Iberian markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial and market-oriented responsibilities. You are curious, hands-on, proactive and motivated to make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• •Define how to grow the product category
• •Manage product (includes services, systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimization, cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonization, rationalization,…)
• •Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolio
• •Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer, conduct competitor analysis
• •Track category performance (and recommend corrective actions(promotion, activation)

ABOUT YOU

• •Technical degree with strong marketing accumen or Marketing degree with strong technical/accumen
• •Experience within the building industry and interest for piping systems, sanitary solutions, drainage products,...
• •Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industry
• •International experience and be culturally astute
• •High level of ownership, adaptability and a proactive mindset
• •High Experience in assessing customer needs
• •Fluent in Spanish and English – Portuguese and/or French are strong plus
