Product Manager — Folha de Pagamento

• You will connect business needs, technology, Brazilian labor and tax regulations, and user experience.
• The role goes beyond payroll, with a strong focus on creating integrated, end-to-end journeys for HR professionals, managers, and employees.
• You will own product discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, requirements, and continuous improvement.
• The environment is collaborative and cross-functional, with close partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
• Your decisions will directly influence product adoption, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
