Product Operations Analyst

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• •Monitor sports events, betting activity, liabilities, and risk exposure in real time
• •Manage positions across sports to optimise profitability and minimise risk
• •Perform customer analysis and support bet limit decisions
• •Investigate market trends and competitor activity to inform trading actions
• •Make real-time adjustments and recommendations to improve performance
• •Act as a key point of contact for sportsbook-related queries and escalations
• •Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• •Monitor sportsbook platform health and support business protection efforts
• •Conduct product and customer experience testing, including UAT activities
• •Support the resolution of large-scale product or operational issues
• •Maintain strong awareness of sportsbook operations, including fixtures, settlement, and results
• •Perform end-to-end platform testing to ensure quality and accuracy
• •Support sportsbook configuration and operational setup
• •Contribute to broader business activities, including after-hours support where required

What you’ll bring

• •Strong knowledge of sports and the sports betting industry
• •Understanding of live trading and pre-match betting environments
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Confidence working with numbers and data-driven insights
• •Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• •Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• •Experience in sportsbook trading or product operations environments
• •Understanding of betting risk management and liability control
• •Familiarity with sportsbook platforms and operational tools
• •Exposure to customer behaviour analysis within betting or gaming environments
• •Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in betting
