Product Operations & Governance Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Operations & Governance Manager based in India.

• This senior product operations role provides enterprise-level governance across complex product portfolios, strategic suppliers, lifecycle transitions, and modernization initiatives.
• You will connect product, engineering, quality, architecture, support, operations, finance, procurement, legal, sales, and program teams to maintain a clear enterprise view.
• The role focuses on integrating plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, decisions, commitments, and acceptance evidence without taking over day-to-day project execution.
• You will play a key role in governing modernization, migration, sustaining, deployment, and end-of-life initiatives with significant operational and customer impact.
• Success requires strong systems thinking, executive communication, supplier governance, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• You will also identify recurring execution challenges and translate them into measurable improvements to governance frameworks, controls, KPIs, and operating cadences.
