Production / Assembly Manager

Job Description Summary:

• The Production / Assembly Manager oversees product assembly, value-added services
• (VAS), kitting, rework, and special set assembly within a distribution center integrated with
• SAP and WMS systems. This role ensures schedule adherence, material accuracy, and
• quality compliance.

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities
•  Manage daily assembly and kitting schedules
•  Coordinate material staging aligned with SAP production or delivery orders
•  Ensure WMS system accuracy for component consumption
•  Support automated or semi-automated packaging workflows
•  Maintain retailer compliance for customized sets
•  Monitor BOM integrity and inventory variance
•  Lead lean process improvements

•  Schedule adherence ≥ 98%
•  Scrap/damage rate
•  Labor e􀆯iciency variance
•  Cost per assembled unit
•  Compliance adherence

• Qualifications
•  5+ years production or DC-based assembly leadership
•  Knowledge of SAP delivery order types and material integration
•  Experience supporting retailer compliance programs
•  Exposure to automation systems preferred
•  Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

The anticipated compensation range is

50,000.00 - 104,000.00 USD Annual Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
