  • * Production planning & BOM understanding
  • * Injection moulding machine setup, start-up, shutdown & colour change
  • * Mould setting and first-piece inspection
  • * Maintain Daily Production Reports & moulding BOMs
  • * Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
  • * Coordinate with Quality team to maintain product standards
  • * Handle robotic controls and programs
  • * Monitor auxiliary equipment – Robot, Conveyor, Loader & Grinder
  • * Minor mould, machine & equipment repairs
  • * Operator training and process improvement
  • * Cycle time reduction and wastage control
  • * Scrap material identification, labelling & reuse
  • * Improve machine efficiency through parameter optimization
