The main responsibility of these roles is to maintain a high level of quality, to produce the expected output required and maintain a good standard of housekeeping.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to work within a team environment.

Candidates will be expected to work a 2 shift pattern. (early / Late) on a 2 week rotation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Able to operate CNC Fanuc Controls and offset adjustments

Work to Eng tolerances with the work cells

Able to Flex between machining cells during the shift

Use of Imperial and Metric gauging ie digital verniers / manual micrometre’s

Adhere to 5’s standards.

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• •Have at least 2 years’ proven background in CNC machining
• •Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and the use of engineering tooling
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Able to work with minimal supervision

The ideal candidate will also meet the following desirable criteria:

Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word plus general computer skills

Working knowledge of Cylinders processes
