• The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
• As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and expand it with new ones, based on the most diverse and innovative environment. You will have a real impact on the company's operations through: Operation and supervision of the operation of machines and devices Control of technological process parameters Settlement and reporting of production orders

• Your Skills and Expertise
• To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• •Experience in production positions and in operating advanced machinery, experience in the manufacturing process or other advanced technological processes is welcome
• •Good knowledge of MS Office
• •Lean manufacturing knowledge
• •Communication skills and good organization of own work
• •Availability of work in shift system

Work location: Onsite Ul. Kwidzyńska Wrocław

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
