Production Planner I

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Planner at our equipment manufacturing plant in Green Tree, PA. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production of orders to meet customer delivery schedules and maintain safety stock levels. Your focus will be on promoting teamwork, integrity, and upholding our core values of reliability, trust.

What You Will Do:

Planning production orders to support on-time delivery to customers and maintain safety stock levels

Participating in daily planning meetings and assigning priorities to production planning tasks

Reviewing open order reports and ensuring production plan supports on time delivery to customers

• •Updating production schedule and adjust ship dates based on capacity and raw material constraints
• •Working cross-functionally with production, logistics, quality and maintenance to ensure issues are addressed to support schedule adherence

Drive continuous improvement ideas across functions

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, other relevant field, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in production planning and/or raw material planning, preferably in the equipment or electronics manufacturing industry

Proficiency in ERP systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Strong analytical, data analysis, and critical thinking skills

Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics

Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Experience

Strong proficiency in Excel

APICS Certification

Experience in equipment or electronics manufacturing

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

• The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
