This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training in various aspects of production operations within Valeo Management. The Production Trainee will learn foundational manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols to prepare for future roles within our production teams.

Job Responsibilities:**

• * Participate in structured training programs covering manufacturing techniques, equipment operation, and product assembly.
• * Assist experienced production staff with daily tasks, including material handling, machine setup, and process monitoring.
• * Learn and adhere to all company safety regulations and quality standards.
• * Perform basic inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
• * Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• * Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• * Actively engage in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• * Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, following established procedures.
• * Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within designated timelines.
• * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Qualifications:**

• * High school diploma or equivalent required.
• * Strong desire to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment.
• * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
• * Basic understanding of mechanical principles is a plus.
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• * Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• * Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial but not required.
• * Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• * Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
