About the Position: This position is located at the HQ-ATEC Director for Capabilities Integration Office with a duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. (merit). Servs as principal action officer and technical expert for complex projects, programs, and broad operational studies pertaining to the management and execution of the Test & Evaluation (T&E) mission.

Duties

• •Coordinate functions in support of organizational operations and mission execution.
• •Oversee the execution of assigned programs, projects, and initiatives.
• •Coordinate taskers, correspondence, and requests for information or action.
• •Provide leadership visibility of staff actions and administrative requirements.
• •Evaluate programs and processes to identify complex problems.
• •Develop technical or procedural solutions methods to resolve complex cross-functional problems.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Analyze complex problems and develop solutions to improve organizational outcomes; 2) Coordinate with multiple organizational elements to identify issues and resolve problems affecting program operations; and 3) Manage, analyze, and monitor complex organizational taskers and staff actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
