Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex consulting and design engagements while leading and developing a team of Project Managers. This role combines program oversight, operational leadership, people management, resource planning, and client delivery. You will partner closely with senior consultants to translate strategic objectives into effective execution plans and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen project management methodologies, improve delivery consistency, and build scalable operational practices. You will work across multidisciplinary technical teams while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and measurable outcomes.
