Program Manager

• The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex consulting and design engagements across multiple clients.
• This role combines program oversight, people leadership, resource planning, operational excellence, and client delivery.
• You will lead and develop Project Managers while partnering with senior consultants and technical teams to translate client objectives into effective delivery strategies.
• The position is responsible for maintaining strong performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and client expectations.
• You will identify delivery risks, resolve escalations, improve processes, and establish scalable project management standards.
• The role offers an opportunity to influence both individual engagements and the broader evolution of project delivery practices.
• This is a remote U.S.-based position with up to 20% travel.
