Program Sr. Manager

• The Program Sr. Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex, high-value program with significant technical, operational, and business responsibilities.
• You’ll oversee a portfolio generating more than $10 million in annual revenue while ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, quality standards, and financial objectives are achieved.
• The role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal leadership, coordinating priorities and resolving issues across multiple teams.
• You’ll lead technical and administrative professionals, including subordinate managers, while building a high-performing team focused on reliable delivery and strong client relationships.
• The position combines program execution, financial management, workforce planning, business development, subcontractor oversight, and transition management.
• You’ll collaborate across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and other technology capabilities to support evolving program requirements.
• This is a remote leadership opportunity with regular travel to client locations and significant responsibility for shaping program performance and long-term outcomes.
