Title: Project Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary

The role will be to work as part of the T&T Global Deployment Services Team. The role manages the customer­specific roll out projects that require development of an installation plan. After customer contract sign­off, the role assumes leadership of the project team and full accountability for all commitments made to the customer. The role sometimes works under an assigned NCRA project manager. The role will manage the day to tasks of the specific project/roll out, as defined below.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• •Project/roll out planning
• •Project status reporting
• •Database administration and creation.
• •Coordinating with the IC (implementation coordination) group.
• •Prepping customer engineers.
• •Hosting customer meetings and calls.
• •Maintaining action and risk logs
• •Billing and invoicing (including reporting)
• •Ensuring service readiness in the relevant countries
• •Escalation management
• •Process definition and implementation
• •Use of Project Management tools
• •Financial reporting/outlooking

Basic Qualifications

• •High level of proficiency with Quickbase/UniTS
• •High level of proficiency with MS applications: XL, PPT, Word
• •5+ years of industry experience
• •Direct customer and supplier interaction experience
• •Excellent written and spoken English
• •Project Management experience

Preferred qualifications

• •Additional European language such as German or French
• •Official Project Management certification
• •Networking technical knowledge (Cisco etc.)
