Project Manager / Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Project Manager / Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the deployment of AssetWorks GPS solutions for fleet customers across North America. This role manages implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary customer contact while coordinating software configuration, hardware deployment, training, and project execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description:

• •Lead multiple AW GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.
• •Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting.
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• •Gather and document business requirements and configure AW GPS solutions to meet customer operational needs.
• •Coordinate GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics.
• •Deliver installation training to customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners on AW GPS hardware, wiring standards, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment best practices.
• •Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• •Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and related deployment issues.
• •Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• •Develop detailed feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams to address customer needs and improve the AW GPS platform.
• •Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.
• •Manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests.
• •Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization activities.
• •Maintain project documentation, installation standards, training materials, and implementation best practices.
• •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
