Project Manager (Pakil)

• •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, required.
• •Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent professional registration, preferred.
• •Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, desirable
• •Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
• •Minimum 15 years on major infrastructure. Experience in hydropower, dams and tunnel projects is desirable.
• •Minimum 10 years in project management or Employer's Engineer / Owner's Engineer roles.
• •Demonstrated experience administering large EPC contracts.
• •Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant or Owner's Engineer teams.
• •International project experience, preferably in Southeast Asia, desirable.

• •Pumped storage hydropower experience, highly desirable
• •FIDIC contract frameworks and contract administration.
• •Claims, variations, EOT assessments and dispute avoidance.
• •Project controls, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting.
• •Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• •Aconex or equivalent document management systems.
• •Technical report writing, executive briefing and governance reporting.
• •Multicultural team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• •SMEC Business Management System and Project Management System requirements.
• •Project governance, assurance, audit readiness and lifecycle controls.

Project Management Plan implementation and compliance monitoring.Familiarity with software applications such as ETAP, AutoCAD, Smart Plant Electrical, CYME, PSS/E, CEDEG, Agi32, Dialux.
