As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. About the Role

PSA is growing fast across Asia Pacific, and we need someone who turns plans into things that actually happen. As Project Manager, PSA APAC, you’ll own three areas: expanding PSA Go, our in-store submission program, across the region; running our APAC event calendar from start to finish; and bringing our special partnership projects to life. You’ll be the person partners, vendors, and internal teams rely on to know what’s happening, who owns it, and what comes next.

What You’ll Do

Events

• •Own end-to-end planning and execution of PSA’s APAC events calendar (12 events planned for 2027)
• •Manage event vendors: sourcing, contracting, deliverables, and vendor payments
• •Coordinate internal staffing: who’s attending, who owns what, what services we’re offering on-site, and what materials and supplies are needed
• •Plan order flow and logistics — where on-site submissions are entered, and how cards are securely transported from the event to the grading or receiving facility
• •Set up project codes and track budgets, spend, and results for every event
• •Handle travel coordination for internal teams
• •Run post-event reviews covering submissions, revenue, cost, and lessons learned

PSA Go Expansion

• •Lead PSA Go rollout across APAC, starting with our first retail partner in Korea and expanding to Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia
• •Coordinate launch workstreams with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Product & Technology, Marketing, and Operations — including localization, payments, data privacy, and hardware setup
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for PSA Go partners after launch, fielding all operational, product, and customer questions and escalating where needed
• •Deliver ongoing partner training in person and build training materials, playbooks, and FAQs in local languages
• •Track partner performance and gather feedback to improve the program and inform which markets and partners come next

Special Projects & Partnerships

• •Execute special projects with celebrity and athlete partners once the partnership, marketing, and go-to-market approach has been agreed
• •Lead coordination of private and public events tied to these partnerships, from run-of-show to on-site execution
• •Set up event and partner payments, contracts, and project tracking
• •Work closely with Marketing on how each project and event is promoted, timed, and announced

Who You Are

• •3+ years of project management, event management, or partner operations experience, ideally across multiple APAC markets
• •Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder projects and live events from planning to wrap-up
• •Strong vendor management skills, including contracts, purchase orders, and payments
• •Organized and detail-oriented; you build trackers, timelines, and checklists that others actually use
• •Confident communicator who can train partners, present to leadership, and keep global teams aligned across time zones
• •Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business
• •Fluent in English; Mandarin, Korean or another APAC language is a strong plus
• •Willing and able to travel frequently across APAC, including weekends for events
• •Knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, or retail partnerships is a plus
• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus
