Monitor team capacity, coordinate tactical assignments, and track campaign and event spending against approved budgets.

Help implement and improve project management tools and processes, including platforms such as Trello.

Manage Speakers, Advisors, and Partners

Own the speaker pipeline for Blooming Days, conferences, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.

Coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling, preparation calls, asset collection, and event-day requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with past and current speakers to encourage repeat participation.

Serve as the primary marketing project lead for external advisors and translate their strategic input into actionable initiatives.

Coordinate effectively with healthcare executives, partners, payers, providers, and other industry stakeholders.
