Project & Operations Rework Support Working Student – Germany

• Your mission
• •Support the Rework team in coordinating and executing service rework projects across Europe.
• •Assist with project administration, documentation, supplier coordination, data management, and operational follow-up.
• •Help ensure rework activities are planned, documented, tracked, and completed on time.
• •Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• •Follow up on open actions with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners.
• •Contribute to process improvement and transparent reporting within Rework operations.

• Your profile
• •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.
• •A background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• •Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
• •Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining structured documentation.
• •A proactive communicator and collaborative team player.
• •Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and consistently follow up on open actions.
• •Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management is beneficial.
