Property Field Appraiser

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Field Appraiser based in Canada.

• This role supports property appraisal and investigative activities throughout the claims resolution process.
• You will assess property damage, review repair estimates, and help ensure costs and work remain aligned with established standards.
• The position combines field expertise, construction knowledge, investigation, and analytical decision-making.
• You will work closely with contractors, providing guidance on complex restoration and repair matters.
• The role also offers opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methods across property claims operations.
• You will contribute to efficient, high-quality claim outcomes while working primarily remotely.
• Travel across the Kingston, Ottawa, and surrounding areas is required, along with occasional emergency support for restoration partners.
