Property Tax Analyst

The property tax analyst should be organized, motivated, and be able to multitask. Candidates should work well with others, have a strong work ethic, able to communicate with co-workers and Clients by telephone, e-mail, and letter, and be professional in appearance and demeanor. Candidates should work well with little supervision.

This role is a hybrid position

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax id, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information

Researching Legal descriptions

Managing our database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurately

Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data

Providing daily support to departmental personnel as needed

Researching exceptions with different jurisdictions

Understanding Commercial Real Estate

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree - Business degree preferred

2 years office experience

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Solid computer and keyboarding skills

Strong interpersonal skills
