[What the role is]

As a Finance Manager (9-months contract) for the Financial Planning Section, your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• •Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities
• •Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies
• •Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions.
• •Support budget reallocation and virement exercises to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
• •Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs

Requirements

Candidates are required to possess:

• •University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business
• •Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis
• •A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn
• •Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
