Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with Angular experience to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Angular, TypeScript, and REST API development, along with experience in database management and modern software development practices.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• •Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Angular.
• •Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• •Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• •Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• •Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• •Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Work with databases to design and optimize data models and queries.

Requirements:

• •Strong experience in Python programming.
• •Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• •Proficient in Angular (Angular 8+ preferred).
• •Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• •Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• •Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• •Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• •Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred, but not required:

• •Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• •Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• •Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools.
• •Good problem-solving and communication skills.
