At IBM, our Project Managers play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. As a Project Manager for our premier quality team, you'll be at the forefront of driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Join our dynamic team shaping the future of AI-infused management features for hybrid cloud solutions. Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment. Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace. Must have knowledge in one or more of the following professional/technical areas: Program management experience, preferably within a Quality organization. Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation). Self-starter, ability to work on their own. Artificial Intelligence, Excel, Powerpoint, and creating training media experience preferred. Demonstrated high-level computer/server knowledge (hardware and software) preferred. • Project Management Tools: Exposure to project management tools and software that support project planning, tracking, and reporting. • Contract Management: Experience working with contracts, including understanding terms and conditions, and managing contractual deliverables. • Risk Management Techniques: Familiarity with risk management techniques and methods to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
