NOW HIRING A QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $19-$21 PER HOUR!

Fairway Lawns is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows procedures, and is comfortable identifying and documenting issues. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and willing to learn our quality standards and processes.

You will work closely with team members and management to ensure work is completed according to established standards and that any quality issues are identified, documented, and communicated appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• •Perform routine quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets established company standards
• •Review completed work for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality
• •Identify defects, errors, inconsistencies, and areas that do not meet established standards
• •Document quality inspections, findings, and corrective actions accurately
• •Enter and maintain quality-related information in company systems and spreadsheets
• •Communicate quality concerns and discrepancies to supervisors and appropriate team members
• •Assist with tracking quality results, trends, and recurring issues
• •Follow established quality assurance procedures, guidelines, and checklists
• •Work with team members to address quality issues and help prevent recurring problems
• •Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality inspections
• •Assist with audits, reviews, and other quality-related activities as needed
• •Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• •Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience is preferred but not required.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• •Good organizational and time-management skills
• •Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Basic math and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to follow written procedures and established standards
• •Ability to identify and communicate errors or quality concerns professionally
• •Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• •Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• •High School Diploma or GED preferred
