Position Responsibilities

• •Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
• •Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• •Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency.
• •Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release.
• •Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• •10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automated testing, with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• •Proven ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• •Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• •Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
