Where You'll Make a Difference

• •Perform and oversee a wide range of analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• •Support research and development initiatives by providing accurate analytical data and technical recommendations.
• •Drive continuous improvement in laboratory practices, testing methodologies, and instrument performance.
• •Lead quality assurance activities, internal audits, and compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, and company standards.
• •Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver business objectives.
• •Mentor and develop laboratory technicians while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• •Strong experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations within the Flavors, Fragrances, Food, Chemical, or FMCG industry.
• •Hands-on expertise in GC, GC-MS, method validation, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
• •Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• •Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• •Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• •Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

• •Experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry.
• •Knowledge of fragrance and flavor ingredients, raw material regulations, and identification techniques.
• •Demonstrated success in leading laboratory improvement projects and quality initiatives.
• •Experience managing audits, CAPA programs, and compliance activities.
• •Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
• •Ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and develop high-performing teams.
