- Job Summary:
- The Quality Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while providing leadership and support to the quality team. This role assists with inspections, quality audits, problem-solving, and training team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections and quality checks.
- Investigate and help resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
- Support corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
- Lead, train, and mentor Quality Technicians.
- Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams.
- Assist in daily workflow coordination and prioritization.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a quality-focused culture.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
