R&D Senior Quality Manager (all gender) | Austria

YOU 

• •ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives
• •act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
• •review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables
• •drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives
• •support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
• •provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards
• •contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities
• •promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization

YOU 

• •hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations
• •have strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• •bring experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
• •demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• •possess solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry
• •communicate fluently in English

Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments.

Salary: Starting from €4,000 gross per month , with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
