Airborne Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic, mature, dependable, organized, and efficient part-time receptionist to join our team. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, manage phone and email communications efficiently, and accurately schedule student classes. Build lasting relationships by providing personalized attention and promoting Airborne's programs with enthusiasm.

Maintain a Positive and Collaborative Environment: Demonstrate a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude. Work proactively with the team to achieve common goals and communicate company policies with empathy.

Ensure Operational Efficiency: Uphold visual and operational standards, assist with restocking supplies, and maintain a tidy office and designated gym areas.

Utilize Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role is a plus!

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

All employees must complete a background check.

Must love children!

Must have weekday availability between 3:00 pm - 9:15 pm & Saturday or Sunday availability.

This is not a seasonal position.
