Summary

This position is located at Community Club & Conference Center - BLGD's 660, Depot & South Terminal Road, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

  • Plans and conducts recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities.
  • In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and gaming machinery.
  • Assist with and operates the gaming equipment that randomly selects the numbers.
  • Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Six(6) months to two(2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above. Work experience in a customer service focused environment.
