Recruiting Manager/Recruiter

We are seeking an upbeat, people-focused Recruiter to join our growing TEM office and help build a team of compassionate professionals serving the Phoenix area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting or hiring who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of quality care, and is motivated by meaningful work.

What you’ll do

Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for the office.

Connect with prospective candidates by phone and build strong, positive relationships.

Help identify candidates who are the right fit for BAYADA and the people we serve.

Partner with the office team to support hiring goals and continued growth.

Coordinate recruiting activities, follow up with candidates, and help create a welcoming candidate experience.

Contribute to a collaborative, supportive office environment.

What we’re looking for

Experience in recruiting, hiring, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people by phone.

An upbeat, relationship-oriented approach.

The ability to understand and communicate the importance of high-quality care.

Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

A genuine commitment to BAYADA’s mission and the communities we serve.

Schedule and location

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On-site at 7975 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Supporting the Phoenix territory.

No ongoing travel is required. New-hire training includes approximately three weeks of training, including three days in Tucson.

Compensation and growth

Salary based on experience and qualifications.
