As a Recruitment Marketing Consultant, you will develop and optimize integrated campaigns designed to attract and engage high-quality talent across diverse markets. You will combine recruitment marketing, media strategy, campaign management, and data-driven optimization to create measurable impact for clients. The role offers broad exposure across paid media, candidate experience, campaign performance, and operational improvement. You will work closely with account, brand, technology, and Candidate Generation teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, creative communication, and a focus on return on investment across marketing channels. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and change programs that continuously improve recruitment marketing capabilities.
