THE COMPANY:

Cornerstone Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company providing 3rd party management services. We manage a diverse set of assets including market rate, senior living, affordable and lease up properties.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee senior affordable, market rate and LIHTC properties in St George Utah. The ideal candidate is in the general St George area.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Salary/Exempt

COMPENSATION: TBD (Eligible for Quarterly Bonuses)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Property Manager is a business and team leader. They are responsible to the overall success of their portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Work with on-site staff to stabilize occupancy in portfolio
• •Hire, train, mentor and support onsite team members
• •Communicate problem solving solutions to asset managers and senior management
• •Review financial statements, review and approve invoices for payment
• •Identify problems, implement solutions to address them
• •Review operational reports, identify areas of improvement
• •Oversight of property maintenance and capital projects
• •Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• •Must live in St. George area
• •Minimum 4 years’ experience in multi-family property management
• •Minimum 2 years' LIHTC experience required
• •Minimum 1-2 years of Regional Manager Experience required
• •Working knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.
• •Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license
• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Strong analytical and computer skills
• •Solid communications skills and ability to effectively communicate recommendations directly to senior management
• •Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals
• •Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

TRAVEL : Ability to travel for site visits and company meetings. Est up to 50% of the time

Preferred

• •Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• •CAM, CPM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• •Bilingual or multilingual skills
• •Advanced proficiently with Real Page property management suite of products
