DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.

This position is located at 621 W Columbia St. Evansville, IN 47711

Key Responsibilities:

• •Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
• •Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
• •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• •Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
• •Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What to Expect:

• •No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided
• •Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •May float to multiple facilities during and after training
• •Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs

Requirements:

• •Current RN license in the state of practice
• •ADN required; BSN preferred
• •ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
• •CNN or CDN certification preferred
