Renewable Energy Engineer- Fixed Term

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Engineer to support the Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh/Tripura in monitoring and implementing key renewable energy programs, including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSGMBY) and PM-KUSUM .

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh/Agartala, Tripura (Full-time deployment with Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh)

Assignment Duration: 12 Months(Contingent upon Winning the bid)

Engagement Type: Consultant / Fixed-Term Project Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• •Support monitoring and implementation of renewable energy projects and government schemes.
• •Work closely with the Department of Energy, CSPDCL, and CREDA.
• •Assist in project tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis.
• •Support training and capacity-building initiatives for government officials.
• •Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• •Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.

Experience

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
• •Experience supporting at least one renewable energy project with a state utility, government department, or renewable energy agency.
• •Exposure to project monitoring, implementation, or advisory assignments.

Skills

• •Good understanding of renewable energy projects and government programs.
• •Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• •Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• •Excellent written and spoken English.
