We are looking for a Resident Engineer (m/f/d) in Czech Republic

### Your tasks:

• •Technical Support: Provision of technical support for customers, internal teams, or on-site projects.
• •Troubleshooting: Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise during operation.
• •Maintenance: Execution of regular maintenance and inspections of technical systems or equipment.
• •Installation Installation of technical products or systems in accordance with customer requirements.
• •Training: Training of customers or employees in the use and maintenance of technical equipment or systems.
• •Documentation: Preparation of reports and documentation concerning technical activities and problem solutions.
• •Customer Communication: Maintenance of close relationships with customers and communication of technical information and solutions.

### Your profile:

• •Completed degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
• •Experience in technical support or technical service is an advantage.
• •Technical understanding and the ability to analyse and solve technical problems.
• •Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
• •Willingness to travel and to work on-site at the customer’s location.
• •Ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments and customers.
• •Knowledge in the use of computer applications and software tools for technical support.
• •Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• •Fluent in English and Czech in verbal and written comunication.
