• Job Type: Part-Time, Up to 16 hours per week
• Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!)
• Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Fridays & every other weekend.

• As a Residential Advocate, you’ll be a game changer!
• From offering emotional support to overseeing recovery activities, your role is key to creating a safe and nurturing space for our clients.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.

Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.

Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.

Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.

Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• •High school diploma or GED
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Comfortable with computers and basic tech

Physical Requirements:

• •Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations.
• •Frequently reach above shoulder height to reach necessary items, including supplies, medications, etc.
• •Frequently complete repetitive tasks.
• •Sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• •Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
