As a Residential DSP , you’ll get to make a true difference every day. Whether you are teaching new skills, encouraging independence, or just sharing a laugh, your work matters. What You’ll Do

• •Support individuals with every day activities like meals, personal care/hygiene, appointments, medication administration, and fun outings.
• •Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth.
• •Keep the residential home clean, safe, and create a happy home environment.
• •Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.
• •Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

• •A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• •An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
