What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands-on support in one of our group homes. You’ll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

A Typical Day Might Include:

• •Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed)
• •Encouraging independence and community involvement
• •Supporting health needs and appointments
• •Helping with household tasks
• •Building strong, trusting relationships
• •Keeping clear, accurate documentation
• •Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

• •High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!)
• •Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
• •Strong communication, patience, and a team-player attitude
• •Comfort with physical activity (lift up to 40 lbs., bending, walking, etc.)
• •Willingness to learn Safety-Care and behavior support techniques
